Community Use of School Facilities Smoking |
COMMUNITY USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES
The school can enter into a formal agreement with groups wishing to use school facilities as long as they don't disrupt the running of the school or its classes. Areas most likely to be used include the oval, undercover area and courts.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted on any part of the school grounds as per Department of Education regulations.
WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK
All adults working with children over an extended period of time including overnight camps, are required to apply for a ‘Working with Children Check’ card. The application form is available from post offices.
Any parents who may assist in classes or on excursions are required to fill out a ‘Confidential Declaration’ form which is available from the office.
